Key Responsibilities
- Own growth experiments across multiple channels (SEO, content, partnerships, communities, paid ads)
- Research competitors, identify gaps, execute strategies without hand-holding
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to 10x your output - write copy, analyze data, automate workflows
- Launch campaigns end-to-end: ideate plan create distribute measure optimize
- Build repeatable systems that scale, not one-off tactical wins
- Report weekly on metrics that matter: signups, conversions, revenue impact
