BenAI is a creator-led AI education business. We help experienced professionals build AI automation businesses using no-code tools without becoming developers.
We have a YouTube channel with 110,000+ subscribers, productized AI solutions, and a paid community. We're small, profitable, and growing fast.
Now we're hiring our first dedicated marketer.
The Role
You'll own growth.
That means taking our existing content (primarily YouTube) and turning it into a multi-channel engine newsletters, LinkedIn, Twitter, and beyond. You'll run ads, manage influencer partnerships, and experiment constantly.
We're not looking for someone who needs a playbook. We're looking for someone who builds playbooks.
You'll work directly with the founder. Your ideas will ship fast. What works will scale. What doesn't, you'll kill quickly and move on.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership, not oversight.
What You'll Do
- Repurpose YouTube content into newsletters, LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, and other formats
- Plan and execute content distribution across all channels
- Run paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube) and optimize based on performance
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations
- Build and grow our email list and newsletter engagement
- Track performance metrics and report on what's working (and what's not)
- Experiment with new channels, formats, and growth tactics
- Collaborate closely with the founder on GTM strategy and product launches
Who You Are
- 2-5 years in marketing, growth, or GTM roles
- You've been a generalist touched ads, social, content, influencer, email
- You understand AI and are genuinely interested in the space
- You have a clear track record of results you can point to
- You're action-oriented you ship, measure, iterate
- You're creative but grounded in what actually moves numbers
- You communicate clearly and proactively
- You're comfortable in ambiguity and small teams
- You want to grow this role will evolve as you do
Bonus Points
- Experience in creator economy, B2B SaaS, or education businesses
- You've built content systems or repurposing workflows before
- You've worked at a company with <10 people
- You have your own presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, or a newsletter
