Growth Marketer

We're looking for a Performance Marketer with strong hands-on experience in e-commerce paid media to drive ROAS, customer acquisition, and profitable campaign scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads
• Drive ROAS, CAC & conversion rate improvements
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences & landing pages
• Monitor performance data & share actionable insights
• Manage tracking, pixels & conversion events

Requirements

• 2+ years in performance marketing
• Mandatory e-commerce experience
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Proven track record in ROAS optimization & scaling
• Strong analytical & reporting skills
