About the Role
We are looking for a highly execution-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to drive qualified B2B leads for Accordible across service verticals such as Kitchen Duct Cleaning, Air Duct Cleaning, HVAC AMC/O&M, Technical Manpower, Housekeeping, Facade Cleaning, and other facility management solutions.
This is a hands-on growth role, not a coordination role. The person must be able to plan, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes such as qualified leads, meetings, site visits, and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads with strong focus on Search, and where relevant, Display, YouTube, remarketing, and Performance Max
- Build and improve landing pages for lead generation with clear CTAs such as form fills, calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and site inspection requests
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, including Google Ads conversions, GA4 events, UTM tracking, and lead source attribution
- Work with internal teams to improve lead quality, not just lead quantity
- Conduct keyword research, search term mining, negative keyword optimization, bid adjustments, geo-targeting, and audience refinement
- Create campaign structures by service, city, and sector
- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, offers, forms, and call-to-actions
- Build remarketing journeys for visitors, form drop-offs, and non-converted traffic
- Coordinate with content/editor team for ad creatives, videos, proof-based assets, and case-study-driven campaigns
- Share weekly and monthly reports covering spend, leads, qualified leads, meetings, conversion rates, and learnings
- Continuously reduce wasteful spend and improve CPL, quality, and conversion efficiency
These responsibilities align closely with current performance marketing role patterns in the market, which consistently emphasize Google/Meta campaign execution, lead-gen focus, landing pages, GA4/GTM, reporting, and optimization against CPL/CAC/conversion metrics.

Mandatory Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads
- Good understanding of landing page conversion
- Comfort with GA4, reporting dashboards, and attribution
- Experience in lead generation campaigns, not only awareness campaigns
- Ability to understand sales funnels and optimize for business outcomes
- Strong analytical mindset with decision-making based on data
- Clear communication and reporting discipline
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in B2B services, industrial services, real estate, healthcare, hospitality, facilities, manpower, or similar high-consideration sectors
- Knowledge of GTM, CRM integration, offline conversion feedback, and call tracking
- Experience with Meta remarketing or LinkedIn lead-gen support
- Basic copywriting for ad angles and landing pages
