Job Description: Growth Associate/Assistant Manager

Role Overview
As a Growth Associate at you will be the right hand to the Growth Head, playing a pivotal role in scaling the company consumer app and our suite of financial services. This is a high-visibility, multi-hat role where you will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Operations. Your mission is to drive product adoption, maximize user retention, and optimize the customer lifecycle through data-driven experimentation and relentless execution.
Key Responsibilities
● Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase multi-product adoption, transaction volumes, and long-term retention across Spice Pay's ecosystem.
● Experimentation: Design and implement end-to-end A/B tests and growth experiments (both online and offline) to optimize user funnels and remove friction points.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Distribution channels to turn growth hypotheses into live features or campaigns.
● Lifecycle Management: Focus on increasing repeat purchase rates and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by implementing robust user feedback loops and loyalty initiatives.
● Funnel Optimization: Map out and analyze user journeys to identify opportunities for product enhancements, channel expansion, and strategic partnerships.
● Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights and the story behind the data to key stakeholders.
Requirements (Who You Are)
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech/B.E) or a similar quantitative background from Tier I colleges.
● Experience: 2+ years of experience in growth-focused roles within a startup or D2C company. Fintech experience is a significant plus.
