Role Description

We are seeking a full-time remote Growth Manager to enhance and execute growth strategies to expand our reach and optimize business performance. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to identify growth opportunities, oversee analytics to track key metrics, and develop targeted marketing campaigns. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while leveraging insights to drive revenue growth and scale operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of growth marketing strategies, digital marketing techniques, performance tracking, and campaign management
• Experience analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, with expertise in KPIs, data visualization tools, and reporting tools
• Proficiency in product strategy development, optimization, and executing initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with scaling businesses in tech-driven industries; experience with AI/ML or SaaS solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in a relevant field is advantageous
