Role Description

SalesCaptain is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Manager to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. As a core member of our growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and executing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across the entire funnel. You will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to design and implement high-impact growth initiatives.

In this role, you will lead efforts across SEO and content marketing to ensure our brand ranks high for relevant keywords, builds domain authority, and attracts qualified traffic. You will manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, crafting engaging campaigns that resonate with our target personas and drive brand awareness. You'll also take ownership of email marketing, from onboarding and drip campaigns to lifecycle and reactivation flows, with a strong focus on segmentation and conversion optimization.

A key part of your responsibility will be to analyze product and marketing data to uncover insights, test hypotheses, and improve performance metrics such as website conversions, free trial activations, demo requests, and product adoption. You'll experiment with landing pages, pricing pages, lead magnets, and referral programsconstantly iterating to find what moves the needle. You'll also help identify scalable channels for paid acquisition, partnerships, and product-led growth loops.
