Key Responsibilities
Build and oversee influencer marketing strategies to complement brand campaigns
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our values and audience
Monitor and analyze brand campaign performance across channels digital, social, influencer, and PR.
Optimize content, channels, and strategies based on performance insights and audience behavior
Own key KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, share of voice, and customer acquisition metrics
Lead development of brand campaigns, storytelling frameworks, and messaging for digital platforms, partnerships, and offline activations
Build and optimize the entire student acquisition funnel: awareness consideration enrollment advocacy
Establish clear KPIs and OKRs; measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns for CAC, conversion rates, and unit economics
