Growth Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a growth-focused marketer to lead consumer growth for the SportVot app. This role will own the complete user growth funnel—from acquisition and activation to subscriptions, retention, and engagement—to scale our D2C business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end D2C growth for the SportVot app.
• Drive user acquisition through performance marketing, partnerships, referrals, influencers, ASO, and other growth channels.
• Increase app installs, subscriptions, engagement, and retention.
• Plan and execute CRM, lifecycle, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Optimize conversion funnels through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation.
• Track and improve key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and conversion rates.
• Work closely with Product, Content, Design, and Tech to identify and execute growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, consumer internet, OTT, gaming, or app-based businesses.
• Strong understanding of app growth, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and attribution.
• Hands-on experience with tools like AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, and major ad platforms.
• Highly analytical with a strong experimentation mindset.
• Passion for sports and digital consumer products is a plus.
