Role Summary

We are hiring a Growth Manager Partnerships & Business Development to drive new partner acquisition and revenue growth. You will own the full BD cyclefrom identifying opportunities to closing partnerships with strong follow-up discipline and CRM-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a focused target list and execute outreach via calls/LinkedIn/email to generate meetings.
  • Own end-to-end BD cycle: prospecting discovery pitch proposal negotiation closure.
  • Drive daily follow-ups and ensure the movement of deals through pipeline stages.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene: accurate updates, next steps, follow-up dates, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Ops/Governance/Marketing) for onboarding, documentation, and smooth execution.
  • Create and use simple sales playbooks: pitch deck, objection handling, follow-up sequences, and weekly review cadence.
  • Represent XPANDBHARAT professionally with partners and build long-term relationships.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong communication (verbal + written) and confident stakeholder handling.
  • Proven experience in Partnerships/BD/B2B Sales closures with targets.
  • Strong follow-up nature, negotiation ability, and closure mindset.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot/TeleCRM or similar) and reporting.
  • Ability to handle pressure, work fast, and stay disciplined with numbers.

Good to Have

  • Experience in franchise/business expansion, high-ticket B2B partnerships, or channel expansion.
  • Exposure to team handling / pod leadership.
