We are looking for a high-energy execution specialist to unlock the new digital marketing channels. This is not a traditional management role. We are looking for a Growth Executioner who can identify, test, and scale unconventional avenues for high-volume lead generation. You will be responsible for building new acquisition channels from the ground up through aggressive testing, strategic partnerships, and creative content loops.
Core Responsibilities
- Content-Led Lead Generation: Orchestrate high-leverage content (Webinars, Viral Hooks, Lead Magnets) that drives bulk traffic without heavy media spend.
- Zero-to-One Channel Building: Identify and scale non-paid acquisition channels. You will own the process from the first hustle to a repeatable, high-volume lead engine.
- High-Volume B2B & Strategic Partnerships: Forging and executing alliances with corporates, colleges, and communities to secure bulk learners through creative, win-win structures.
- Rapid GTM Testing: Launch 3-4 distinct growth experiments monthly.
Who You Are (The Persona)
- A Hands-on Builder: You don't just create strategy decks; you create the campaigns. You have a track record of setting up your own tools, scraping your own data, and sending your own outreach.
- Bulk Lead Gen Experience: You have worked in a startup environment where you were responsible for driving thousands of leads through non-standard channels.
- Creatively Inclined: You have a strong hold on content marketing and understand how to frame a hook that stops the scroll and converts a lead.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's/MBA/Master's in Marketing or related degree from a Tier-1 or reputable Tier-2 institute.
- Experience: 3+ years in a high-velocity startup (Fintech, Gaming, Creator Economy or B2B SaaS).
- Proven Track Record: You must be able to demonstrate a project where you drove significant traffic/leads without relying on performance ads.
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with growth-hacking tools (automation, scrapers, email infrastructure, and CRM tools).
