About The Role
We are looking for a high-octane
Growth Generalist to serve as the Swiss Army Knife of our growth team. In this role, you will be executing across the entire user lifecycle from acquisition to retention and monetization.
You are not just a marketer; you are a tech-savvy operator. You don't just do the work; you build systems and AI agents to do the work faster. If you love crunching data, hacking growth funnels, and automating repetitive tasks, this is your pitch.
Key Responsibilities
As a Growth Generalist, you will rotate across and support the following critical pillars:
- User Acquisition & Performance Marketing
Ad Operations: Execute and optimize campaigns across
Google Ads (UAC) and
Meta Ads, focusing on ROAS and CAC.
Creative Strategy: Collaborate with designers to churn out high-performing video and static creatives based on performance data.
Affiliates & Programmatic: Assist in managing affiliate partners and programmatic channels to diversify our UA mix beyond the walled gardens.
Own the Numbers: Manage daily reporting on gameplay metrics, DAU/MAU, and growth experiments.
Deep Dives: Analyze user behavior to identify drop-off points in the tutorial or first match.
Experimentation: Work with the Head of Growth to design A/B tests, track statistical significance, and present actionable insights.
Organic Growth: Execute ASO strategies to boost organic visibility on the Play Store & App Store.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Run A/B tests on store icons, screenshots, and descriptions to maximize install rates.
Lifecycle Marketing: Own the D1 to D7 retention metrics. Build and execute automated journeys via
Email, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications.
Win-Back: Create campaigns to reactivate dormant players and drive them back to the game.
Ads Monetization: Assist in managing the ad mediation stack (e.g., AdMob, Meta, AppLovin, IronSource) to maximize eCPM and ARPDAU without hurting retention.
Live Ops: Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to create monetization opportunities around real-world cricket events (IPL, World Cup) and in-game tournaments.
The AI Edge (Critical Requirement)
We believe in working smart. You will be expected to leverage AI to multiply your output:
Automation: Build no-code/low-code automations (using tools like N8N, Opal, Zapier, Make, or Python scripts) to streamline reporting and marketing workflows and ad optimisation
Generative AI: Use LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT) to rapidly prototype ad creatives, write ASO copy, and generate marketing scripts.
Data AI: Utilize AI-driven data analysis tools to spot trends and optimise funnels faster than manual Excel work ever could.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 24 years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, or Product Analytics (Mobile Gaming experience is a massive plus).
- The T-Shaped Marketer: Broad knowledge across all growth channels with deep expertise in at least one (e.g., UAC or Data Analysis).
- Tool Proficiency:
Analytics: Firebase, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Tableau/Looker (or strong Excel/SQL skills).
Marketing: Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager.
CRM: CleverTap or WebEngage.
- Automation Mindset: You get annoyed doing the same thing twice. You prefer building a script or a workflow to solve it permanently.
- Cricket Fanatic: You understand the difference between a cover drive and a square cut, and you know what excites a cricket fan.
