About The Role

This role is centered on driving sustainable growth through user acquisition, conversion, and repeat purchases by combining data-driven insights with creative business initiatives, primarily across digital marketing channels and Operations. You will be part of a new initiatives team experimenting with new monetisation models, markets, and products. You will get the front seat of 0-1 phase. It is a high-impact position with the autonomy to make decisions and deliver measurable value. You will lead the marketing, content, and operations teams to scale user acquisition across multiple channels and markets, while collaborating closely with data, tech, and creative stakeholders to design and execute growth strategies. The role operates at a significant scale and offers the freedom to experiment, learn, and innovate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in digital/ growth/ performance marketing, including campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads
  • Proven ability to design, build, and scale operational processes from the ground up in fast-paced environments
  • High energy, hunger, and ability to hustle.
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution, setting up scalable frameworks, metrics, and accountability.
  • Strong first-principles thinking—able to break down complex problems to their fundamentals and rebuild scalable, effective solutions rather than relying on conventional approaches
  • Strong ownership mindset and bias for action
  • Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Sincerity, trustworthiness, and reliability in work and relationships
  • Hands-on experience with user channel attribution, cross-channel nuances, and event optimisation workflows.

Good To Have

  • Experience in startups or high-paced environments
  • Exposure to consumer, media, or entertainment industries
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to extract insights, measure ROI, and build dashboards
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel analysis, and marketing analytics.
  • Knowledge of data tools such as Excel and other tools for analysis, reporting, and automation
  • Understanding of regional and multi-language business strategies, including localization, market segmentation, and audience insights
