Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Growth Manager to drive audience engagement, platform reach, and revenue growth across OTT, micro drama, and vertical series content. The ideal candidate will lead data-driven growth strategies and work closely with marketing and content teams to maximize performance and user acquisition.
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Growth Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at expanding audience reach, user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze performance metrics, audience behavior, and content trends to identify opportunities for growth across OTT and digital content platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to optimize campaigns, promotional activities, and distribution strategies.
- Plan and manage experiments, A/B tests, and data-led initiatives to drive measurable improvements.
- Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies for AVOD, SVOD, and other digital monetization models.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in digital growth.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in growth, marketing, or digital strategy within OTT, digital media, or related sectors.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and user insights.
- Expertise in growth funnels, user acquisition, retention, and digital performance optimization.
- Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mix panel, etc.).
- Excellent strategic planning, execution, and project management skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
