Job Description

Job Title: Growth Manager / Outbound Operations Lead

Location: Surat

Work Mode: In-office only

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Range: 4 to 8 years preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a commercially strong and execution-oriented professional to lead our outbound and lead generation operations from our Surat office. This position is ideal for someone who combines structured thinking, ownership, and process discipline with the willingness to stay closely involved in day-to-day execution.

The role requires a professional who can help strengthen prospecting systems, improve outreach effectiveness, maintain pipeline visibility, and contribute meaningfully to business development outcomes. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in an international service environment and collaborating with leadership on growth priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own lead generation and outbound operations across the full workflow

• Build, refine, and manage prospecting and outreach processes

• Improve targeting, segmentation, and contact strategy

• Support development and refinement of email, LinkedIn, and follow-up messaging

• Maintain CRM discipline and ensure accurate pipeline tracking

• Monitor performance metrics and conversion trends across the funnel

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and execution bottlenecks, and recommend improvements

• Work directly with leadership to support business growth initiatives

• Contribute to a more structured, accountable, and scalable outbound process

Candidate Profile

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in business development, outbound sales, growth operations, lead generation, or sales operations

• Prior experience working with international service clients is required

• Experience supporting US-facing clients or service businesses will be strongly preferred

• Strong execution capability with the ability to work independently

• Good understanding of pipeline management, reporting, and conversion metrics

• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Professional, organized, and capable of working with accountability in a leadership-facing role

Preferred Industry Exposure

Candidates with experience in legal services, consulting, agencies, B2B services, professional services, or similar client-service environments will be preferred.
