7) Do maintain Sales MIS of the team and report in timely manner.
8) Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
9) Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
10) Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
11) Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
12) Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team maintain client activity ratio and report the same.
13) Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
14) Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
