Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for growing key business numbers by running marketing campaigns, improving funnels, studying where users drop off, and increasing acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
2. Work closely with teams like Data Science, Marketing, and Product to plan and execute ideas that improve every stage of the user journey.
3. Lead the go-to-market (GTM) plan for new product launches, and partner with business and product teams to create strong value propositions and ensure successful rollouts.
4. Build and maintain funnel/campaign reports, and communicate insights to the senior stakeholders.
5. Create and run growth programs to increase product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improve customer engagement and long-term value.
6. Run A/B tests and other experiments to find what works and continuously improve marketing and business strategies.
7. Study customer behaviour and use insights to refine and strengthen all growth efforts.
