About the Role
We are looking for a D2C Growth Manager to lead and scale revenue growth for Direct-to-Consumer brands across digital channels. This role requires a data-driven, execution-focused professional who can own growth initiatives across acquisition, retention, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.
You will work closely with media, creative, CRM, and tech teams to drive measurable business outcomes and build scalable growth frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end growth strategy for D2C brands, including revenue, ROAS, CAC, and unit economics
- Drive customer acquisition through paid media channels (Meta, Google, marketplaces, influencers, affiliates)
- Lead retention and lifecycle marketing across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push notifications, and loyalty programs
- Own CRO initiatives, including funnel analysis, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and UX improvements
- Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and convert insights into actionable growth strategies
- Work closely with creative and design teams to develop data-backed ad and content strategies
- Collaborate with CX, logistics, and operations teams to improve customer experience and reduce churn/RTO
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance and communicate results to stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 36 years of experience in D2C, ecommerce, or consumer internet brands
- Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and growth analytics
- Solid understanding of funnels, retention, and CRO
- Experience with tools such as Shopify, GA4, WebEngage, CRM platforms, and ad platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
