We are seeking a results-driven Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility through strategic performance marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing with a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns and delivering measurable ROI. Experience working with or managing growth for companies such as Bellavita, BetterAlt India, Mosaicwellness will be highly preferred.
- Develop and execute high-performing campaigns across major and emerging ad platforms.
- Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and placements to maximize ROI and acquisition goals.
- Continuously test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve conversion rates.
- Leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution platforms for performance tracking.
- Identify new audience segments and expansion opportunities across channels.
- Build and scale lookalike, interest-based, and retargeting campaigns to improve acquisition and retention.
- Implement scalable growth strategies based on insights, data trends, and competitor benchmarking.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration of landing pages, tracking systems, and creative assets.
- Provide actionable performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
