Growth Manager

Responsibilities:

• Align CRM strategy to the overall brand strategy and business objectives
• Ensuring consistent engagement with the customer base via push, emails, WA and other engagement levers
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to deliver the desired business outcomes. Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring ROI on marketing investments made.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the initiatives and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, design, sales, product, support and operations to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies with overall business objectives.
• Continuously look for areas of improvement and partnership opportunities with various customer engagement and retention platforms.

Skills:

• Strong Analytical thinking
• Project Management
• Strong understanding of various customer engagement tools like Moengage, Clevertap, etc.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, business understanding, and campaign management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Min 4 yrs exp in Growth Management
