Job Description

  • Work with merchants and their agents to identify pain points while providing valuable feedback to the product and tech team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and risk reducing rejection rates and drop-offs.
  • Get a higher share of the merchants business and customers by building relationships.
  • Make quarterly business plans with merchants and present forecasting reports of possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales plans and marketing strategies.
  • Execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Onboarding new merchants monthly to increase market share while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Solidifying, and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on corporate competitors.

Preference and Experience :

  • Personified professional and Proficient in communication.
  • Capable of managing the merchant grievances, queries and issues.
  • Ability to initiate and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners.
  • Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment are required.
  • Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments.
  • Will need to travel to merchant locations.
  • Flexible to be responsive over the weekends.
  • Strong command over data fetching and analysis.
  • Preferred experience as Key Account Manager in ED Tech / Payment Gateway companies.
