Datafuel is looking for a driven and execution-focused GTM Lead / Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition and scale our growth engine.
About Us:
Datafuel is an AI-powered platform helping brands improve visibility, availability, supply chain efficiency, and pricing across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms through automation and actionable insights.
Role Overview: This is a hands-on leadership role where you will build and lead the sales function, drive outbound growth, manage pipelines, and close high-value deals while creating scalable acquisition systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and scale the sales team
• Generate and manage new business opportunities
• Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve targets
• Develop repeatable customer acquisition processes
• Mentor and train team members
Preferred Profile:
• Experience in sales leadership and deal closures
• SaaS sales background preferred
• Strong consultative selling skills
• Ability to build systems and processes from scratch
• Self-driven and growth-oriented mindset
Compensation: Salary 7-10LPA + incentives (almost 30%-50% of your salary)
Location: Mumbai (On-site)
