The Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and customer lifecycle growth across the channel. This role combines sales strategy, funnel optimization, and retention, ensuring consistent business growth while maintaining a premium customer experience.
The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in high-growth environments (preferably startups), and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the Brand's growth roadmap, using data-driven insights to design and execute strategies that accelerate user and revenue growth across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Planning & Ownership : Own daily revenue planning & execution, Take ownership of overall revenue / growth metrics, Report progress regularly to leadership
Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track performance vs plan, Identify growth gaps early, Use data & analytics to:
Channel & Funnel Optimization: Work with Product & Tech to: Improve funnels, Optimize user journeys, Increase conversion rates, Drive Renewals, Upgrades, Referral-led growth, Build structured engagement plans to improve LTV
Cross-functional Execution & Program Management: Collaborate with: Marketing (campaigns & demand), Operations (on-ground execution), Product & Tech (funnel improvements), Program manage key growth initiatives end-to-end, Ensure alignment across teams
Experimentation & Growth Culture: Champion test-and-learn culture, Run rapid experiments & iterations, Scale what works across channels.
