The Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on User Acquisition Manager to lead growth for Cuemath's App Store and Play Store presence across US and Global markets. You will own the full lifecycle of paid user growth and in-app subscriptions, with a heavy emphasis on B2C funnel optimization.
This role is built for a performance marketer who thrives in the post-IDFA landscape. You'll work at the intersection of media buying, data engineering, and product growth, turning imperfect
attribution data into a scalable growth roadmap
Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Acquisition: Own end-to-end strategy and execution across Apple Search A
ds(ASA), Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and App Discovery networks (AppLovin, IronSource).
Store Optimization: Lead ASO strategy and utilize Custom Product Pages (CPPs) to lift TTR,CVR, and install-to-trial rates.
Subscription Economics: Drive growth focused on high-intent trials, conversion, retention,CAC, and LTV.
Measurement Infrastructure: Manage MMP integrations (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch) and build robust SKAN measurement frameworks (revenue mapping, predictive LTV, and mode led data).
Attribution Mastery: Navigate Meta AEM nuances, including event prioritization and attribution window management
Collaborative Growth: Partner with Creative teams to build data-led testing frameworks and with Product teams to optimize paywalls and onboarding flows.
Reporting: Build and maintain holistic, blended performance dashboards that reconcile platform data with attribution system
Requirements (Must-Have)
4+ years of dedicated mobile app performance marketing experience.
Subscription Expertise: Proven track record of scaling B2C subscription apps (EdTech orKids/Learning space is a major plus).
Technical Literacy: Deep experience with MMPs and a solid grasp of the iOS/SKAN ecosystem.
Data Visualization: Mastery of tools like Looker, Mixpanel, or Tableau to build custom conversion funnels.
Analytical Rigor: A data-first mindset with the ability to measure incremental lift and blended R
