About the Role

Airtel Finance, under Airtel Digital Limited, is building new age digital financial products for 350Mn+ Airtel customers — spanning personal loans, co-branded credit cards, UPI, and bill payments (BBPS). We are looking for someone who thrives in a zero-to-one environment, takes end-to-end ownership, and moves fast. As a Growth Manager, you will:

Analytics & Insights (Core Focus)

· Own and analyse end-to-end growth funnels (acquisition > activation > conversion > retention)

· Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets

· Build and maintain dashboards (Tableau / similar) to track key business and funnel metrics

· Identify growth opportunities through cohort analysis, funnel drop-offs, and user segmentation

· Design, run, and evaluate A/B experiments - with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes

· Partner with analytics/data teams to define metrics, tracking, and data instrumentation

Growth Strategy & Execution (20%)

· Translate insights into targeted campaigns across channels (App, Push, SMS, WhatsApp)

· Own key growth metrics and drive improvements through iterative experimentation

· Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and tech to implement growth initiatives

· Optimize cross-sell journeys across personal loans, credit cards, UPI, and BBPS

What we're looking for:

· 2–5 years of experience in growth analytics, product analytics, or data-driven growth roles

· Strong hands-on skills in SQL (must-have) for data extraction and analysis

· Experience with Tableau / Power BI / similar BI tools for dashboarding and visualization

· Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, experimentation, and user behaviour analytics

· Comfort working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights

· Prior exposure to FinTech / digital payments / lending is a plus

· Basic understanding of campaign execution (CRM channels) is good to have, not core

· Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

· High ownership mindset: ability to move from data > insight > action independently
