GROWTH MANAGER
We are looking for highly creative growth marketer with strong sense of self-ownership and ability to drive metrics in collaboration with cross-functions. It is a full stack profile that will enable candidate to learn and work across all aspects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative growth hacks to drive user growth across category and drive growth and engagement via Airtel Thanks /X-stream App
- Understand various components and drivers of growth, ranging from driving business organically and well as driving digital growth via paid/un-paid channels
- Analyze user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs
- Undertake consumer research to identify their needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growth
- Manage cross-functional growth projects by working closely with product and functional teams to run experiments and roll out features on an ongoing basis
- Design and execute all aspects of digital marketing campaigns across Push, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Performance marketing channels
- Ability to drive large scale projects, experiments and smaller tweaks with equal ease
- Stakeholder management with senior leadership
Preferred Candidate:
Overall 2-5 years of work experience in - growth hacking/ digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or B2C product industry
Possesses First Principle thinking, exceptional attention to detail and great analytical bent
