Role Description
You'll be responsible for growth operations and market development:
Strategic Intelligence
- Identify emerging opportunities across sectors and build a map of where we should play
- Use AI tools to build research systems that give us an unfair advantage
Revenue-Focused Execution
- Design and execute outreach strategies that convert into real business outcomes
- Build databases and processes that scale as the company grows
- Track metrics that matterpipeline value, conversion rates, and market signals
- Iterate fast based on what's working and kill what isn't
Ownership Mindset
- Work independently, report progress, and show results. Solve problems before they're assigned.

Who Should Apply
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/BTech from premier institutions
- Genuinely excited about AI, growth, and early-stage companies
- Available for at least 2 months with potential for long-term engagement based on performance

Duration: Minimum 2 months. Can get extended upto 6 months with full-time role opportunity.
