Roles & Responsibilities

  • Run a high-velocity experiment engine end-to-end- define hypotheses, success metrics, design tests, ship variants (product + landing pages), analyze results, and scale winners.
  • KPI: experiment win rate, time-to-impact, lift in activation/retention.
  • Own the product-to-acquisition funnel- design and optimize acquisition funnels (SEO, content, app stores, referrals, ads) so new users feed directly into the product onboarding experience.
  • KPI: new users by channel, CAC (by channel), conversion from acquisition activation.
  • Ship product changes that move core metrics- prioritize and deliver in-product features and onboarding flows focused on activation, retention, monetization, and PQL creation.
  • KPI: activation rate, freepaid conversion, ARR growth from product-led channels.
  • Run lifecycle and re-engagement programs-build segmentation, craft short-form messaging (email, push, in-app), run experiments on messaging, and measure lift in activation and conversion.
  • KPI: conversion lift from campaigns, reactivation rate, short-term engagement lifts (7/30-day).
  • Instrument and own analytics hygiene- implement event tracking, feature flags, and attribution; maintain a single source-of-truth dashboards for funnel, cohorts, and LTV/CAC.
  • KPI: dashboard accuracy & timeliness, experiment reporting turnaround.
  • Turn data into decisions and align teams- surface quantitative and qualitative insights, recommend prioritized growth bets, and coordinate engineering, design, marketing, and CS to execute and iterate.
  • KPI: insight-to-action rate, cross-functional execution speed, PQLSQL conversion.

Job Specifications

  • 13 years in a growth, product, analytics, or performance marketing role at a product-led company or startup.
  • Proven track record of running at least 5+ experiments (A/B tests or funnel iterations) with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working directly with engineers and designers to ship in-product changes.
  • Comfortable owning small-to-medium cross-functional projects end-to-end and translating data into clear next steps.
