Product Growth Hacker

Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)

ABOUT THE ROLE

InovarTech builds focused, high-impact SaaS products — one serving B2C users and another targeting enterprise B2B clients. We're looking for a sharp, execution-first Product Growth Hacker to own and drive growth across both product lines.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who moves fast, experiments relentlessly, and knows how to stretch a lean budget into outsized results. You will also be expected to build and guide a small marketing function as the business scales — setting the playbook before scaling the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

SEO & Organic Visibility

  • Own on-page SEO — clean architecture, structured data, metadata, Core Web Vitals, and content optimization
  • Build a strong off-page backlink profile through outreach, digital PR, and authority-building partnerships
  • Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to ensure our products are referenced and surfaced by AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot

Performance Marketing

  • Run lean, high-ROI paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) — know when to spend and when not to
  • Track CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion metrics rigorously; optimize continuously
  • Build attribution models that accurately map revenue to channel

Content & Community

  • Drive a content engine across blogs, videos, podcasts, and digital events — ideation through execution
  • Create platform-native content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels for both B2C and B2B audiences
  • Build and nurture an engaged audience that becomes a distribution channel in itself

Product Marketing & GTM

  • Own go-to-market execution for product launches and feature releases
  • Craft positioning, messaging, and sales enablement content that resonates with target segments
  • Collaborate closely with sales to ensure pipeline quality from marketing-sourced leads

B2B Partner Network (for the enterprise product)

  • Identify and onboard channel partners, resellers, and ecosystem allies
  • Design co-marketing programs and partner enablement playbooks
  • Build the groundwork for a scalable partner revenue channel

Experimentation & Analytics

  • Run structured A/B tests across messaging, landing pages, CTAs, and campaigns — fail fast, learn faster
  • Instrument and own the full marketing analytics stack — from tracking setup to dashboards
  • Bring data to every decision; know when to trust numbers and when to trust instinct

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven growth outcomes — bring numbers, not just job titles
  • Deep hands-on SEO expertise: technical, on-page, and off-page backlink building
  • Working knowledge of AEO/GEO — understands how AI search engines discover and cite tools/products
  • Experience running performance campaigns on a constrained budget with measurable ROI
  • Comfortable with video content, podcasts, and digital events as growth levers
  • Strong command of tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, HubSpot or equivalent CRM, GA4, Hotjar, and similar
  • Experience with B2B partner/channel programs is a strong plus
  • Self-starter who can set the direction, execute independently, and eventually build a team around the playbook
  • Early-stage product experience — knows how to prioritize ruthlessly when everything feels urgent

KEY RESULT AREAS

Organic Growth: Month-on-month improvement in domain authority, search rankings, and AI platform citations

Lead Quality: Volume and conversion rate of MQLs generated through organic and paid channels

Performance ROI: ROAS and CAC benchmarks met or beaten within budget constraints

Content Reach: Audience growth, engagement rates, and content-sourced pipeline across video, podcast, and written formats

Partner Pipeline: Number of active partners onboarded and contribution to B2B revenue pipeline

Experimentation Velocity: Number of tests run, learnings documented, and strategy iterations shipped per quarter
