Job Description

We're looking for a skilled, data-driven digital marketing professional who can go beyond rankings—someone who can drive qualified traffic, create high-impact content, and improve website performance end-to-end.

 

This role requires a hands-on individual who can combine SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, content writing and growth thinking to generate measurable business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact SEO and paid campaign opportunities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max, etc.)

- Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation and brand visibility.

- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for improved search rankings and conversion rates.

- Perform technical SEO audits including site speed, crawlability, indexing improvements.

- Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, internal linking, etc.)

- Develop and manage off-page SEO strategies, including link building

- Analyze competitors and market trends to know the gaps and opportunities

- Track, measure, and report KPIs including rankings, traffic, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality

- Create and optimize landing pages for SEO and paid campaign performance

- Drive outreach for guest posts, partnerships, and relevant mentions

- Monitor website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field

- 2–4 years of experience in SEO and performance marketing (B2B / IT / SaaS preferred)

- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns

- Strong content writing ability

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structures

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Ability to translate complex tech topics into clear, engaging content

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, or consulting industries

- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress

- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)

- Exposure to full-funnel or B2B marketing strategies

- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or LinkedIn Marketing preferred
