Growth & Experience Associate (SEO + AI Vibe Coder)

The Concept:
We are moving past the era of static marketing. We need a Growth Architect who doesn't just write about a product but builds the digital experience around it. You will be a Vibe Coder—someone who uses natural language prompts in Lovable and Bolt.new to bridge the gap between a marketing idea and a live, high-converting web page.
If you are a marketer who felt limited because you couldn't code, or a creator who wants to build functional apps/pages with the speed of thought, this is your playground.
Key Responsibilities:
Vibe Coding & Rapid Deployment (The Core):- Prompt-to-Product: Use Lovable and Bolt.new to turn marketing campaigns into functional web pages, landing zones, and micro-tools.
- Iterative Design: Use Visual Edits and refined prompting to polish UI/UX until it feels premium, not AI-generated.
- Marketing Engineering: Build lead-capture flows by connecting your AI-built front-ends to back-ends like Supabase or Zapier.
SEO as a Growth Engine:- Technical Integrity: Ensure your AI-built pages aren't just pretty—they must be fast, mobile-first, and structured for Google (Schema, Meta-tags, H-structure).
- Keyword Strategy: Conduct research to identify what problems users are searching for, then build a page specifically to solve that problem.
Creative Content Multiplication:- Short-Form Video: Shoot and edit high-energy Reels/Shorts to drive traffic to your builds.
- AI-Enhanced Graphics: Use Midjourney/Firefly to create the high-end assets that populate your Lovable designs.

Note: This role requires working from office 6 days a week (alternate Saturdays off).
Candidates who can join immediately and currently based in Chennai are preferred.
