About the Role
We are looking for a creative Interior Designer / Architectural Visualizer with strong 3D modelling and rendering skills. The candidate should have experience with SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, and AI-based visualisation tools. A strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior visualisations is required. The designer should have a good understanding of spatial design, lighting, materials, and human psychology in architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality interior and exterior 3D visualisations
- Work on space planning, layout design, and concept development
- Develop realistic renders with accurate lighting, materials, and textures
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate ideas into visual outputs
- Iterate designs based on feedback and project requirements
- Build mood boards and design concepts for projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, and Lumion
- Experience with AI-based visualisation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
- Solid understanding of spatial design, lighting, materials, and rendering techniques
- Ability to design modern, functional, and visually strong spaces
- Knowledge of human interaction with space (user-centric design thinking)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Portfolio Requirement
- Interior and exterior 3D visualisations
- Room designs and spatial layouts
- Exterior/building renders
- Work demonstrating lighting, materials, and realism
