About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Growth Executive Sales (West) to support our regional sales team in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales growth through strong coordination, lead management, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and client documentation .
- Coordinate the order processing cycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
- Maintain and update CRM data , tracking sales activities and pipeline movement.
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, documentation, and follow-ups .
- Schedule meetings, sales presentations, and client appointments for the sales team.
- Identify and hunt for new prospects through cold calling and company databases.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Support lead management and pipeline tracking to ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with the sales team for BAU (Business-As-Usual) activities for existing customers.
