About PedalStart:

At PedalStart, we are a dynamic startup accelerator and investor, established in April 2021. The intent was and is today to be with founders from Day 0 till they raise their institutional VC round Pre-Series or Series A. We back founders with Knowledge, Capital and Business Connects and run a close club called PedalInvest composed of Angels, HNIs, Family Offices and Institutional Funds to support our portfolio startups.

Job Summary:

PedalInvest is seeking a detail-oriented Growth Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial in identifying and engaging with investors to expand our network and investment portfolio. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing data, and coordinating communication with potential investors.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and generate leads of investors through various online channels.

Accurately filter and qualify leads based on criteria.

Initiate contact with potential investors through email, phone, and social media.

Schedule introductory calls and meetings between investors and the PedalInvest team.

Efficiently manage and organize schedules for follow-up meetings and communications.

Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and detailed information.

Track and report on lead generation activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in lead generation, operations, sales, or a related field.

Bachelor's Degree required.

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using Excel and lead generation tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

CTC: 3.6 to 4.2 Lakhs per annum (LPA).

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: 6 days (WFO)
