ABOUT THE ROLEÂ

As a key player in our Growth Team, you will be required to work directly with the Founding Team on multiple projects in the field of digital marketing and product advocacy.Â


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Design & Execute Marketing Collaterals, Campaigns & own the processes
  2. Identify strategic problems and potential issues by discussing them with the internal and external stakeholders of the companyÂ
  3. Collect, analyse and facilitate information to the Growth Team for efficient decision making.
  4. Content generation: Generate content for our Website(Blogs + Copy), Social Media handles, Digital Collaterals, Marketing Campaigns and Product Demos.
  5. SEO Optimisation: Conduct thorough audits and optimize existing content to improve search engine visibility.
  6. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on keywords, competitors, and product trends to refine our sales and marketing approach. You’ll learn to use tools like - Google Keyword Planner, Search Console, Google Analytics, Microsoft clarity, and other marketing / sales tools.
  7. Drive Product Advocacy: Engage with customers to amplify digital presence through reviews and ratings on platforms like G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot
  8. Execute and Optimize Digital Campaigns: Experiment with and track performance for Google Search, LinkedIn, Email Marketing to refine marketing strategies and ROI

CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: 3 MONTHS INTERNSHIP + PPO

  • Internship Stipend: A monthly stipend of INR 25,000 during the internship period.
  • CTC post PPO: Post-internship, full-time roles offer a competitive annual CTC of INR 4-6 lakhs, contingent on performance.
