Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Executing the LinkedIn content calendar, including post scheduling, formatting, and basic content creation using AI tools
- Researching and identifying potential global buyers (importers, distributors, procurement heads) across target markets
- Building and maintaining structured lead databases in Google Sheets (company, contact person, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Using various tools and platforms to extract and verify contact details (email IDs, phone numbers)
- Setting up and managing cold email campaigns, including personalization and sequencing
- Monitoring email campaign performance (open rates, replies, conversions) and optimizing accordingly
- Setting up automated follow-up sequences and tracking responses
- Managing inbound leads, including initial screening and organizing responses
- Supporting outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and regular updates across all sheets and records
- Assisting in creating simple marketing creatives using tools like Canva and AI image generators
- Maintaining proper documentation of workflows, campaigns, and lead pipelines in Google Docs
