Role Overview
We're looking for a UI & Graphic Designer for our Platform team who can design high-performing D2C sales and landing pages, while contributing to the overall visual identity and design architecture of the brand.
You'll combine strong UI and visual design skills with a basic understanding of data and conversion. This role is ideal for someone who not only loves design, but also understands why things convert and can intuitively design for a global consumer.
What you'll do
- Build and evolve our global brand identity across digital touchpoints
- Design high-converting landing pages and PDPs (mobile-first) for campaigns, launches, and evergreen funnels
- Create and optimize graphic assets for:
- Website banners and promotions
- Campaign creatives
- Performance marketing (in collaboration with media team)
- Build pages on Shopify (PageFly/Zipify) ensuring responsive, high-quality output
- Collaborate with copy and media teams to ensure strong ad-to-landing page message match
- Contribute to A/B testing by ideating on: Headlines, Hero sections, Pricing blocks, bundles
- Social proof and video placements
- Use funnel data and insights to iterate and improve performance weekly
- Own and maintain design systems, Figma files, and visual assets/templates
- Ensure accessibility and performance standards (alt text, color contrast, optimized media)
Must-have skills
- Strong sense of brand building through design
- Expertise in UI/Visual design for web (typography, layout, spacing, mobile-first grids)
- Solid graphic design capability for marketing creatives and digital assets
- Basic analytics literacy (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Understanding of CRO fundamentals (A/B testing, conversion behavior)
Experience
4–8 years in D2C/eCommerce, working on:
- Landing pages / PDPs
- Performance creatives / campaign design
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable impact:Conversion improvements, Engagement lifts, Experimentation learnings
Strong portfolio showcasing: UI + landing pages, Graphic/performance creatives
Education
- Bachelor's in design/ communication/ visual communication/ Interaction, or B.Tech/B.E. with strong design portfolio.
