Growth Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Growth Designer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, particularly in creating high-converting landing pages and websites, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-converting landing pages and websites
• Create micro animations to enhance user experience
• Develop B2B marketing collateral that resonates with the North American marketplace
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective marketing assets
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Webflow and Figma
• Experience in designing for B2B markets
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on landing pages and marketing collateral
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with micro animations
• Familiarity with the North American marketplace

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design
