Key Responsibilities
- Design for growth experiments and revenue-impacting product surfaces.
- Work closely with analytics and product teams to test visual hypotheses.
- Iterate fast on visuals and layouts based on data insights.
- Ensure aesthetic consistency across clusters and screens.
- Partner with motion and brand teams to elevate the overall experience.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years in product, growth, or visual design for consumer apps.
- Strong sense of layout, contrast, and clarity.
- A portfolio showing visual precision and data-informed iteration.
- Proficiency in Figma; understanding of A/B testing workflows is a plus.
- Clear communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
