What You Will Own
- Ideate and surface bold new growth concepts; turn the best ideas into actionable test plans with measurable outcomes
- Shape positioning, messaging, and success metrics for every new launch
- Design and run paid & organic experiments to drive user acquisition and engagement
- Write creative briefs, scripts, and copy for ads, landing pages, and product communications
- Create and manage multi-platform social content (X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to spark conversation and drive traffic
- Analyze performance data and iterate rapidly based on learnings

Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in data analysis (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of growth metrics and funnel optimization
Bonus Points
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Video editing capabilities (CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro)
- Previous internships in growth, marketing, or product roles
- Active presence on social media with demonstrated content creation ability

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier institution

- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment
