PANHA is a safe, anonymous mental health platform helping individuals deal with trauma, anxiety, depression, and life challenges. With 10,000+ members and 100+ changemakers, we are building a support-driven ecosystem through peer buddies, counseling, and community engagement.

Role Overview

We are looking for Psychology students who want to build influence, earn money, and create impact.

This role is not passive. You will actively sell PANHA's psychology-based courses using a referral model while building your personal brand in the mental health space.

What You'll Do

• Promote PANHA courses through Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and college networks
• Use referral links to drive enrollments
• Convert interested students through DM conversations and peer influence
• Share content around mental health, psychology insights, and student struggles
• Track your referrals and optimize your approach weekly
• Collaborate with the growth team for campaigns and strategies

Earning Structure (Clear & Direct)

• Earn 400 per successful paid student referral
• No earning cap
• Performance-based growth opportunities inside PANHA

If you cannot sell, you will not earn. Simple.

Who Should Apply

• Psychology / Sociology / Humanities students
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with social media outreach and selling
• Interested in building a personal brand + earning side income
• Self-driven. No hand-holding.
