ABOUT PSYTECH

PsyTech is an AI research lab and product development startup merging psychology with technology to build agentic AI products and experiences. We operate out of Delhi NCR and move fast. We have a proven track record of building and delivering successful AI products and services across finance, HR, sales, and marketing.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a 6-month, full-time, remote internship.

Your core goals:

Educate and engage the right prospects about PsyTech

Book qualified meetings for the founding team

Keep our GTM system clean through strong reporting and ops

This is execution-heavy and metrics-driven. Not theoretical marketing.

High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time offer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prospecting and Meeting Booking

Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Google, and structured research

Identify relevant stakeholders (founders, GTM leaders, product heads, HR, ops, finance)

Write short, high-quality outbound messages (email + LinkedIn)

Follow up consistently and move conversations toward meetings

Book qualified meetings and reduce no-shows

Content and Education

Turn ideas into short writeups, one-pagers, mini case studies, LinkedIn posts

Package content so prospects understand PsyTech quickly

Maintain a clean content library in Notion

Track which assets drive replies and meetings

Reporting and Operations (Non-Negotiable)

Maintain clean tracking for every prospect (status, last touch, next step, notes)

Keep a daily activity log

Publish a weekly GTM report with metrics and learnings

Build lightweight templates and workflows to improve speed

REQUIRED

Strong written communication in clear English

Structured research skills

High attention to detail (Notion + Google Sheets)

Consistent follow-through

Comfortable with repetition and iteration

Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Reliable internet and daily check-ins

NICE TO HAVE

Proof of work (outbound messages, writing samples, spreadsheets, ops systems)

Familiarity with prospecting tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay)

Interest in startups and AI distribution

Basic understanding of funnel metrics

STIPEND & DURATION

20,00030,000/month (base + bonus)

Duration: 6 months (remote)

Base tied to consistent execution and clean ops.

Bonus tied to meetings booked and tracking accuracy.
