About the Role
We are looking for graduates and early-career professionals to join us in a full-time Growth & Business Development role within the legal, tax, and advisory ecosystem.
This role is suited for individuals who want hands-on exposure to marketing, sales, partnerships, and business execution in a growing global organization.
You will work closely with leadership and be involved in real business activities from day one.
What This Role Involves
- Outreach and relationship building via LinkedIn, email, events, and global partnerships
- Supporting business development and sales campaigns, including follow-ups and lead nurturing
- Assisting with content ideas, proposals, presentations, and outbound communication
- Supporting event marketing, partner onboarding, and revenue-driven initiatives
- Researching and building structured prospect and partner databases
- Assisting in digital marketing initiatives, performance tracking, and campaign reporting
- Day-to-day coordination with partners, speakers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
- Ownership of lead generation, funnel tracking, and campaign execution support
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that combines marketing with business growth.
