Role Overview
The Growth Associate will position Prolite as a strategic partner for HR teams across large organizations. The role focuses on Corporate & Strategic B2B Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, and strong Relationship & Vendor Management to drive sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure clients understand the value Prolite brings through its HR-focused services while driving end-to-end sales closures.

Core Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy, Corporate & Strategic B2B Sales & Business Development
Build and execute targeted sales strategies for corporate sectors.
Drive Corporate & Strategic B2B Sales across enterprise and large-scale organizations.
Lead proactive Business Development initiatives to expand market reach and revenue streams.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Deliver clear, compelling presentations to HR teams.
Drive revenue growth from existing client accounts through insider sales and account expansion.
2. Client Engagement, Key Account Management & Relationship Management Own and grow strategic client portfolios through strong Key Account Management.
Connect with prospective clients via email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
Understand client requirements and challenges, and match them with the right solutions.
Present offerings with a strong business-value narrative.
Provide post-sales support to ensure a smooth experience and long-term retention.
Manage external partners through structured Relationship & Vendor Management to ensure seamless execution and delivery quality.
3. Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
Guide and motivate sales colleagues to meet performance goals.
Support interviewing, hiring, and training for the sales team as required.
Work with marketing, content, creative, and production teams to enhance pitches and campaign execution.
Ensure sales, marketing, and delivery teams stay aligned for client success.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Conduct research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for leadership.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and improvement strategies.
Lead internal discussions to refine sales, growth, and Business Development strategies.
