We're an early-stage consumer startup based in Bangalore, building a self-awareness app with a social angle.
What you'll do
- Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and emerging channels
- Own the funnel from ad to install to activation to retention
- Design and ship growth experiments end to end
- Build the content and SEO engine across blog, App Store, and social
- Track and report growth metrics, with a focus on what actually moves the needle
- Work on lifecycle, referral, and community-led growth loops
- Work directly with the founder on go-to-market strategy and execution
Who we're looking for
- Marketing, growth, business, or related backgrounds. MBA, BBA, BMS, or equivalent degrees welcome. Recent grads with strong internship experience, or 1-3 years of full-time experience in growth, marketing, or startups.
- Hands-on experience with at least some of: paid ads (Meta, Google), funnel analytics, A/B testing, SEO, App Store Optimization, content marketing, email and lifecycle marketing, or community building. Comfort with data, dashboards, and quick experimentation.
