We're looking for a Growth Manager (B2C) who thrives in fast-moving, data-led environments and can take ownership of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital platforms.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Growth Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will help plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement, retention, and repeat purchases. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with the growth team, learn advanced CRM strategies, and contribute to the company's overall growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing CRM and lifecycle campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messages. Support the setup of automated user journeys (e.g., cart abandonment, inactivity triggers, onboarding, reorder reminders).
  • Work with tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, Netcore, or WebEngage for campaign creation and tracking.
  • Coordinate with design and product teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign creatives and flows.
  • Run A/B tests on copy, creatives, and targeting to optimize campaigns.
  • Track and report key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions,
  • and retention.
  • Conduct basic data analysis to understand campaign performance and share insights with the team.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices in growth and lifecycle marketing.

Requirements

  • 1.5-3 years of experience in growth, CRM, digital marketing, or related roles. Hands-on experience with any CRM/marketing automation tool (CleverTap, MoEngage, Netcore, WebEngage, etc.).
  • Good understanding of customer lifecycle, funnels, and retention strategies. Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data (Excel/Google Sheets knowledge is a plus).
  • Creative with good copywriting and communication skills.
  • A keen interest in growth marketing and experimentation.
