The Opportunity: Growth Associate Bangalore

We are an entrepreneurial professional to grow Amaha's presence in Bangalorespanning 5 clinics and a flagship hospital. This role offers the opportunity to shape Amaha's growth story in Bangalore building strategic B2B clinical and non-clinical partnerships as well as conceptualising and executing B2C events. You'll work directly with the business and clinical teams to devise growth strategies and execute them on the ground. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role if you're someone who wishes to solve big challenges in a startup environment, this position gives you the chance to make a lasting impact on the future of mental health in India.

This is a full-time, in-person role, based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnerships

  • Research potential partnership opportunities across different organisational archetypes, hospitals, support groups, non-profits, colleges and RWAs
  • Conduct outreach, create proposals and onboard partners

2. Event Conceptualisation and Execution

  • Own the events calendar for Bangalore city
  • Conceptualise B2C marketing events/ on-ground activations, with support from the marketing team
  • Plan and manage events from ideation to execution, including timelines, budgets, and logistics
  • Oversee on-ground execution to ensure smooth operations and high-quality experiences
  • Handle post-event follow-ups, documentation, and reporting

3. Marketing & Promotions Support

  • Work with marketing teams to create BLR-specific marketing collateral for different use cases

What We're Looking For

1. Must-Haves

  • 13 years of experience in partnerships/ BD roles, or community engagement
  • Track record of driving at least one of (i) successful partnerships OR (ii) B2C event execution
  • Excellent communication skills can project confidence and showcase credibility across various stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

2. Good-to-Haves

  • Prior startup experience- especially in BD/ marketing roles
  • Prior experience working with Canva
