We're looking for someone to work directly with the founder on driving trials, repeat orders, and subscriptions across both D2C and B2B.
You'll be:
This is a hands-on role where you'll be solving real business problems and figuring out what actually drives growth.
We're not looking for someone with the perfect background. We're looking for someone who is genuinely interested in growth, sales, and figuring things out from first principles.
If you're expecting someone to tell you what to do every day, please don't apply. This role requires you to take ownership, identify problems the company needs solved, and drive solutions end-to-end.
Experience: 23 years in growth, sales, marketing, partnerships, or early-stage startups (not mandatory if you can show strong interest and initiative)
Language: Fluent English (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu is a plus)
Pay: 34 LPA + performance incentives
