Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Growth and Operations Manager. The role is based in Ahmedabad but is hybrid, meaning that some work from home is acceptable. The Growth and Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the implementation of effective growth strategies and ensure company efficiencies. Responsibilities include analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, developing and implementing operational policies, managing budgets, and collaborating with different teams to align with company goals.
