1. Build Content Marketing Engine:
a. It is a new category product and content marketing serves as a vital pillar for us to reach top-of-the-funnel audiences for awareness.
b. You would be responsible for carrying out structured and methodological content experiments to figure out content-marketing fit and content-channel fit.
c. Virality cannot be engineered on a whim but probability of virality can be increased by increasing the surface area of structured experimentation. You will lead this effort.
2. Performance Marketing:
a. Own & scale customer acquisition on Meta and Google Ads through a first-principles approach identify high-leverage levers across copy, targeting, creative, landing pages, and attribution.
b. Bring structure to chaos: Make sense of messy, multi-variable funnels and distill what s working, what s not, and what to double down on with minimal data.
c. Analytical to the core: Comfortable with slicing spend and performance across cohorts, creatives, and keywords; uses insight to drive iteration, not intuition alone.
3. Other Channels:
a. Work on offline events, influencer collabs to drive pre-orders.
4. Lead a team:
a. Of video producers, visual designers and content writers.
b. And exhibit true leadership capabilities: sacrifice, leading from the front, setting the urgency to move fast
